01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phmanila Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phmanila Platform and close your Account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following your registration constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

phmanila reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via notification on the Platform and by email to the address registered to your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notice of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active Account on the phmanila Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement imposed by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. No exceptions apply.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and at all times when accessing the Platform or placing wagers.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmanila, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether applied through phmanila's own responsible gaming tools or through any national exclusion programme — at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. phmanila is entitled to rely on the information you provide and bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate registrations.

One Account Policy

Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the phmanila Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified through matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — are prohibited and will result in account suspension. phmanila reserves the right to merge balances and/or forfeit funds in duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

04 Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phmanila Account credentials, including your username, password, and any linked GCash or Maya wallet credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances.

• phmanila will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify phmanila's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted on the phmanila Platform through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• phmanila recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• phmanila will never request your Account password via email, SMS, social media, or Live Chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phmanila immediately.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

phmanila accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. phmanila reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit is ₱100. phmanila does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits or fees.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your phmanila Account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to domestic Philippine payment methods.
• phmanila reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. phmanila does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. phmanila reserves up to five (5) business days to review KYC documents submitted for verification.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze 24–48 hours; Silver 12–24 hours; Gold 4–8 hours; Diamond 1–2 hours; Black Diamond instant, to GCash or Maya.
• Only your Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• phmanila reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

phmanila offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in individual offer communications.

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are added to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• phmanila reserves the right to determine which game categories and specific titles are eligible for wagering contribution toward bonus requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type — typically 100% for slots, lower percentages for live dealer games and video poker, and 0% for certain game types. Refer to individual promotion pages for contribution details.
• phmanila reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, existing wagering progress toward requirements already activated will be honoured at phmanila's discretion.
• phmanila's decision on all promotional matters, including eligibility determination and wagering completion, is final and binding.
• VIP tier classification is determined monthly based on cumulative real-money wager volume during the preceding calendar month. VIP benefits, including cashback rates and withdrawal processing priority, are applied to the tier achieved and reviewed monthly. Tier reclassification — upward or downward — takes effect at the start of each calendar month.

07 Game Rules, RNG & Fair Play

All games offered on the phmanila Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface. By initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of that game's rules. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All random number generation used in phmanila's games — including slot outcomes, card shuffles, roulette ball placement, and dice results — is performed by a certified RNG system subject to independent audit. Outcomes are not manipulated by phmanila or any third party associated with the Platform.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages across millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
• Technical malfunctions void all game rounds in progress at the time of the malfunction. phmanila will refund any wager placed in a round that cannot be completed due to a verifiable system fault.
• Wagers placed and game rounds completed before a technical error is discovered are settled based on the game outcome recorded in phmanila's server logs. Server logs constitute the authoritative record of game activity in all disputes.
• phmanila is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues on the player's end that affect game round completion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phmanila Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the phmanila Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human player use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants and coordinated live dealer table play.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the phmanila deposit and withdrawal system.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or game logic flaws to generate winnings beyond what a game would produce under normal operation. All such winnings are void and will be forfeited.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to mask your geographic location for the purpose of accessing phmanila while physically located outside the Philippines.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the phmanila Platform's source code, data, or infrastructure by any means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phmanila staff or other players in any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

phmanila is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its player community. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phmanila Account holders from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player at any time. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits. Upon reaching the session limit, the player's active session will be closed and they will be prompted to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications remind players of the duration of their current session.
• Cool-Down Period: Players may apply a temporary Account suspension of 1 to 30 days. During a cool-down period, the Account cannot be accessed and no deposits may be made. The period cannot be cancelled once applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a permanent self-exclusion to their phmanila Account. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Account will be closed, marketing communications will cease, and the player will be prohibited from registering a new Account. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion using a duplicate account will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmanila Platform — including but not limited to the phmanila brand, logo, trade name, website design, game interfaces, graphical elements, software, text, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of phmanila or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• No content from the phmanila Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, published, transmitted, modified, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of phmanila.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmanila Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any rights in the underlying software or content.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phmanila regarding the Platform may be used by phmanila without obligation to you and without any form of compensation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phmanila shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

• phmanila's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmanila Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• phmanila does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. phmanila will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance periods.
• phmanila is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or any other connectivity issues outside its direct control that may affect your access to the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits phmanila's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

phmanila reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phmanila.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes from the Account holder's payment provider.
• Discovery that the Account holder is a Prohibited User, including being under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent Philippine authorities necessitating Account action.

Upon permanent Account closure for a breach of these Terms, phmanila reserves the right to forfeit the Account's entire balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — the Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC verification and standard processing procedures.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the phmanila Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and phmanila arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact phmanila's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. phmanila will endeavour to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phmanila reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phmanila will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed prominently on the phmanila Platform, an email to the address registered to your Account, or an SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective version of the Terms will always be accessible at phmanila.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
